Help with invitations, reminders, account access, and private reading circles.

Get help

Email mbello.ma2612@gmail.com with the device model, iOS or Android version, and a short description of what happened. Do not include provider credentials or private invitation links.

Invitations

If a circle link is unavailable, ask a current member to create a fresh invitation. Invitations can expire, be withdrawn, or stop working when a circle reaches capacity.

Reminders

Reading reminders are local notifications. On iPhone, check Settings → Notifications → Nukmil. On Android, check Settings → Apps → Nukmil → Notifications. Focus, Do Not Disturb, silent mode, sound, and vibration remain controlled by your phone.

Privacy requests

Delete your account in Nukmil from Profile → Delete account, or email mbello.ma2612@gmail.com for access, correction, export, or deletion help.
