Delete your Nukmil account

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Nukmil and sign in.
2. On the Home screen, tap your profile picture in the top corner to open Profile.
3. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have Nukmil installed or cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my Nukmil account”. If you signed in with Apple's Hide My Email, tell us that instead and we will help you confirm the account. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your Apple or Google sign-in link, email address, display name, and profile settings.
• Every session and device restore key, so the account cannot be signed into again.
• All Reading Companions data: companion links, invitations, glows, blocks you created, alert preferences, and push-notification device tokens.
• Personal reading plans and progress you synced while signed in.
• Your membership in every circle. Unread portions are released for other members, and circles you own pass to the next member or close if you were the only one.

What is kept

• Past circle activity, such as portions you completed, stays so other members' progress remains correct. It shows as “Deleted reader”, with no name, email, or sign-in attached.
• Personal readings saved on your phone stay on your phone, available offline, until you remove the app.

This anonymized record is kept for as long as the circles it belongs to exist.
